🎅 2023 Holiday Shipping Schedule
If you would like your orders to arrive by Christmas, please make sure to order by these dates:
Within Ontario: December 15
Outside Ontario: December 11
Europe: December 4
Australia: December 5
Rest of the world: December 4
We base our recommended cut-offs on the dates our partner carrier set at the beginning of the holiday season. These dates are not guaranteed. While the busiest time for shipping typically starts two weeks before Christmas, we strongly encourage you to place your order even earlier than the cut-offs wherever possible.
Orders placed after December 22 will not be shipped until after January 3.
Shipping and Returns
Delivery time may vary slightly depending on items ordered:
- USA and Canada, it usually takes around 7-10 business days;
- Europe, Australia, and Asia the delivery time usually around 10-21 business days;
- Central and South America, the delivery time will up to 20-50 business days.
Additionally, delivery times to remote locations may take longer. Once the order is received, the package will be prepared and shipped out within 1-3 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of items in your order.
MAKING CHANGES TO ORDERS
If you need to make changes to your order such as adding/removing/replacing items, updating shipping address, please contact us ASAP. Changes cannot be made to order once it is marked as shipped.
Customers will enjoy free shipping for the orders over $200 CAD to USA and Canada. Free Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the Canadian provinces & contiguous 48 states of United States and excludes: Canadian territories (Yukon, NWT, Nunavut), Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and military and air force bases.
If you qualify for free shipping, you will see the "free shipping” option on the checkout page. Please refer to the final amount and the result shown on the checkout page to confirm that your order includes free shipping.
It's important to note that your order may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order is shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. For further details, please see below.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Orders that are shipped international may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
RESTRICTIONS & LIMITATIONS
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions, and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate).
You are responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from opawz.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Place your order online first, then send us an email with your order number.
Items ordered online will be available for pickup within 1-2 business days from when the order was placed. Please wait until you receive our "Ready for Pickup" email before going coming to our location.
Follow the pickup directions from the email.
Once the order is picked up, the shipping fee will be refunded to your original payment method.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date by contacting us, subject to the conditions and exclusions below:
- All returned items must be in unopened and sellable condition with their original unaltered package, and packing the return products in durable protective packing with tracking so you could confirm when we have received it.
- Please understand, all the coloring products will have color difference due to the original color of the dog coat. Please provide us with any photo or video to show the color result when you are dissatisfied about our products and would like to request a refund or return.
- OPAWZ is not responsible for the return shipping fee and any duty or tax that if charged.
- OPAWZ can only refund the original purchase price.
- Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
(Please read conditions carefully. If any conditions are not met, OPAWZ reserves the right to refuse the return or refund or a small amount penalty fee will be charged)
Wrong Products Received or Missed Product in Your Order:
It is our responsibility to make sure the products you receive are the correct ones you want. We will double-check all orders before we ship them. However, if we make any mistakes in shipping, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org first within 2 business days once receive your order. Please provide us any photo or video which could indicate the wrong product and we will arrange the new shipment to you right away (at our expense).
However, if you make an error and order any wrong product, you may cancel an order at no cost if it has not yet been dispatched by us. If the order has already been shipped out, and you may wish to return the products, it is subject to our terms of return.
Please contact us immediately within 2 business days of receiving your order and the return condition should be followed (refer to General Return). Please do not ship anything back without the approvement.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you determine that the products you received were damaged or in a defective condition, you need to contact us immediately at email@example.com and provide any video or photo to clearly indicate the problem within 2 business days of receiving your order.
Please do not return the merchandise back without contacting us first, otherwise, we will not make any exchange or refund for you.
After receiving the defective or damaged merchandise, we will test it if need be, and we will exchange a non-defective replacement product (at our expense) or make a full refund for you.
REFUNDS & CREDITS
Once we receive, inspect the return merchandise, we will go through the refund to your account within 1-3 business days.
We will issue your refund in the same way as you make the original purchase. Please note, for general return: we would only refund the original purchase price.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
